The room, as well as the hotel lobby, were comfortable and clean. The bed especially was nice and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water got hot very quickly (very important in the cool climate of Chilean Patagonia). The location was excellent, but, then again, the tourist core of Punta Arenas is not that big, so all of the hotels scattered around the downtown have excellent locations.

Clean, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Excellent location. My room was much smaller than what was listed on Booking.com and had no view (window looked out on an air shaft). This may be because the hotel has both newer and older wings and the older rooms are larger and more attractive. Nonetheless, I considered it reasonable value and an excellent location in a very expensive town.

Friendly, helpful staff who were kind when our flight was cancelled and gave us rooms almost immediately (at 10am) Sizes of rooms vary - the info given is accurate though so one should understand what you will get.
