Clean, comfortable and a decent breakfast. Excellent location. My room was much smaller than what was listed on Booking.com and had no view (window looked out on an air shaft). This may be because the hotel has both newer and older wings and the older rooms are larger and more attractive. Nonetheless, I considered it reasonable value and an excellent location in a very expensive town.

Nice lounge/bar and restaurant. Restaurant food is good quality. Friendly, helpful staff who were kind when our flight was cancelled and gave us rooms almost immediately (at 10am) Sizes of rooms vary - the info given is accurate though so one should understand what you will get. The budget rooms are a very good price for Punta

The room, as well as the hotel lobby, were comfortable and clean. The bed especially was nice and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the water got hot very quickly (very important in the cool climate of Chilean Patagonia). The location was excellent, but, then again, the tourist core of Punta Arenas is not that big, so all of the hotels scattered around the downtown have excellent locations.

The food was absolutely amazing, and good value for what you paid, so much so that we dined in more than we planned. The staff were incredibly friendly, the shower was super good and the room was very comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel 😊

The location is an easy walk to the city center. Close to many restaurants/cafes and a very easy walk to the waterfront. The staff, especially Fernando (bartender in hotel lounge) was amazing. As a single traveler, I ate most of my meals in the bar - very good options.

Great location, with a small but comfortable and tidy room. The included breakfast options were great. It was only a short walk to the main city area where restaurants and souvenir shops were located. We were able to store our luggage with the front desk both before check in and after check out.
